RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
" Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
" Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes
" Provides customer additional information or explains services
" Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
" Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public
" Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
" Accurately captures customer information
" Creates and maintains order reports
" Type proposals, letters, quotes, and miscellaneous correspondence.
" Maintain detailed files for documentation.
" Serve as liaison with manufacturing, engineering, and shipping personnel.
Requirements
" Strong communication skills
" Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
" Ability to multitask
" Handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately
" Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
" Possess strong problem solving skills
" High School diploma required Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; preferred
" 2 years experience required
" Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Quickbooks a plus
" Have reliable transportation
" Pass drug test and background check
" Verification of employment history for the past 5 years
