Roaster will be able to roast multiple types of peanuts, tree nuts, seeds and in several different oils.
Pre-Op start up check list must be filled out prior to start of runs- if any deficiencies, they must be noted and corrected before set up. *Must follow work order for the type of item to be roasted and type of oil to use. *Oil temperature will be followed based off the CCP roasting temperature procedure that is given to each roaster to fill out and document each batch *Proper paperwork must be followed and check hourly *Must be aware of allegens and follow the allergen training procedure to not cross contaminate the batch. *Must follow proper dress code while dumping material to basket prior to roasting. *Mark paperwork for all code dates of the materials used for each batch for traceability. *Do the cleaning of all equipment- must follow approved SOP procedures for use of chemicals for cleaning roasters and other equipment.
SAFETY WORK ENVIRONMENT: *Must wear safety uniforms while roasting *Must wear glasses while roasting *Be aware of their surroundings for the pitch of the flame on the roasters, exhaust fans running, oil splashes. *Must be trained in chemical safety procedures before cleaning.
REQUIREMENTS: *All employees must be able to read the work orders and fill out paperwork in English. *All employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. *All employees may be required to perform other duties as needed by management.
